About Me

After over 30 years in the corporate world, I am thrilled to focus on my true passion — healing through health and fitness incorporating sports massage therapy. Two years ago, I earned my National Diploma in Fitness and Certification in Sports Massage Therapy. I have worked with over 100 clients of all ages — helping them regain mobility after injuries, post-surgery recovery, and supporting pre- and post-natal women.

My love for healing began as a child. At just 10 years old, my granny taught me the art of natural healing, using herbs and massage to treat pain and injuries. My granny was a mid-wife and she delivered all four of my siblings including me at home. I assisted her when she delivered my youngest sibling and she taught me the art of massage therapy during and after child birth. Her guidance and teachings inspired my lifelong passion for helping the body heal naturally.

Before following my passion full-time, I worked at Anglo American, supporting regional and global teams. Those years strengthened my discipline, communication, and organization skills, and taught me how to stay calm under pressure while managing travel, logistics, and high-level projects.

My motto is simple: “Nothing is impossible — if you can dream it, you will achieve it.” Today I bring that belief to every client — combining professionalism, care, and experience to help people feel balanced, mobile, and reconnected with their bodies and their minds.

KNEE INJURY MASSAGE TREATMENT

Client was travelling with heavy luggage and injured his knee pulling the trolley bag up and down the stairs at airports in UK and Germany. Massage therapy helped reduce swelling and pain. Client was able to walk easily and without knee pain after a few sessions.

13 DAY FOOT MASSAGE THERAPY SESSION

Client twisted his ankle walking down the stairs causing severe pain and swelling. The ankle was sprained and client required daily treatment sessions. After 13 days of soaking with Premi’s sports salts, massages and stretching sessions, the ankle was healed.

POST OP REFORMER REHAB

Client had a lumbar tubular microdisectomy procedure and required post op rehab. We worked on the pilates reformer creating mobility, incorporating massage therapy and within a week client was able to walk and had reduced pain.

FOOT SPRAIN REFORMER REHAB

Client sprained his foot and required daily stretching to create blood flow and reduced pain. These pilates reformer stretches helped to decrease the swelling in the sprained foot causing blood flow, increased mobility and decreased pain.
